Story: A friend once asked me to accompany him to a job site where he was working on a climate-controlled system in a greenhouse. Since I had been doing urban farming, aquaponics, and growing microgreens, he thought I might like to see it. The extremely wealthy owner of the secret greenhouse had it constructed specifically for the orchids he grew inside. Walking into the building was an architectural and technological masterpiece. However, the view was much better. Dazzling flowers adorned the structure such that you had to stoop, bend, and almost crawl to get around them. I had never seen orchids like this in my life. My only lament was that I couldn’t fill it with fruits and vegetables!
